- Sent a job invitation offer to all researched virtual assistants via onlinejobs.ph, online 9 out of 48 candidates have replied to the offer. I have added their contact details into the VA Profiles Updated.xlsx. I have sent all of them an invitation via skype and I have also conduct interviews with two of them.
Please review VA Profiles Updated.xlsx for more details as I have added some more columns about interview assessments. Although you asked me to initially interview and manage the full-time VA independently, but I really want that you have a voice interview with the final two candidates and have a look at their submitted work samples.
Although not all 48 employees have reacted to the sent job invitation, otherwise It would have been almost impossible to conduct so many interviews with all of them. I think this would be best if we sent a pre-written email with our terms and requirements and sent them initially. If they agree upon our terms, only then we follow the interview process with them. For this purpose, I have created a sample email template, please have a review of “First Reply Template” saved in the FULL TIME VA folder. Please have a review of it and let me know about your feedback on this.

- About the C2 merged posts research, I am in process of adding basic categories and tags to each of the shortlisted C2 page so that we can combine many posts that have the same categories. The task is still in process.
Other Administrative Support:
- Sent more email messages via different list mailing accounts.
- Listened to your audio message about SBI! C2 Guide and created a pdf out of the training material. Also created separate pdfs for each internal link and attached to the main Pdf. Please have a review of the folder 7.C2_Guide located into the Full Time VA folder.
