Regarding the Adsense issue, where you have some click on PPG, there were a lot of pages/posts where Adsense units were placed manually. I have checked and removed Adsense units from all pages.
Sergio (the newly hired virtual assistant for video summaries) has submitted the first batch of the summaries, but that was not up to the mark, I have reworked on the first summary and asked him to make changes to the rest of the videos.Update: Didn’t receive any update from Sergio, I guess he won’t reply. I will wait til Monday else hire a new person.
Received a couple of warning emails from Google webmaster, some of the pages have warnings i.e indexed, though not blocked by the robot.txt. I have researched to figure out this issue and find out that this is not critical. We can ignore the warnings unless the pages are blocked by the robot.txt completely
Checked and fixed broken links on all sites
Worked on some more C2 submissions. Cleaned up and posted new submissions.
Prepared instructions for the first test batch, set up Dropbox etc and assigned the batch to both freelancers.
Reviewed Work submitted by both freelancers and finalized one of them. Didn’t ended the contract of the second freelancer as we need to wait until the second batch is submitted.

Prepared a document for the whole hiring process and uploaded to the relevant Trello card.
Trello: Create Membership pages Important WP Plugins that correspond to SBI functions – I have created all possible pages, but still there are a few SBI functions that I cannot find doable with WordPress.
I have checked done summaries from Aidalyn, so far she has done a great job. However, I made some minor changes and asked her to review those changes.
Prepared the next batch of videos for Aidalyn. This is around 165 minutes of video and $25

Researched SBI articles, signed up to a new Adsense account and tried to re-verify the account. More details are provided with this Trello Card.
Adsense has declined my application. I have researched their policy guidelines to check what’s wrong but didn’t get any clear reason. Please see the Trello card for more details.
Reviewed some of the SBI articles for Adsense alternatives and applied to media.net based on the guidelines provided by SBI.
Media.net has also declined my application.
