- I have exported the master keyword list and saved into the Dropbox shared folder.
- Exported the “Get Form Data” for all forms and polls.
- Also downloaded some other elements such as header and alternate ads, favicon etc.
- The conversion is almost done. However, I will convert the homepage before we move for the nameservers change and domain transfer.
Virtual Assistant Management
- Maryum has submitted the 6th and the last batch of Content 2.0 posts transfer to WordPress.
- As always I have reviewed and fixed all posts, changed the author name and updated the correct publishing dates.
- After checking everything, I have released her payment and also ended her contract.
- I have also updated the budgeting spreadsheet for all payments paid to both Jafar and Maryum.
- There were a total 191 posts that are transferred from the SBI to WordPress.
Other Administrative Support:
- Watched the long work update feedback video, made necessary changes and published all reviewed work updates.
- Also created several Trello cards (for both of us) for any pending tasks that you mentioned within the work updates feedback videos.
- Regarding the Aweber main list for the party games, I have removed all subscribers who have not opened a message since 27th March, 2016. There were over 350 subscribers and the current list is now reduced to only 186 subscribers. I have also updated and archived the Trello card (link TBR) for this task.
