Here’s what I accomplished today:
1. Feedback Video – Work Update – 2/28/2017
- Watched the video feedback about the continuation to validation and trello cards.
- My opinion to this sir is that it is better to have each Validation assistant’s board and every team member has permissions, so that it will be easier for the other team member (sales assistant) to look at the topic he/she written raw. Maybe just organize or separate by Categories within the board for easier browsing.
- After the sales rep pours the knowledge in a certain card, it will just be moved across the Validation Assistant’s board for editing then will be arranged according to category. Communication will just be through commenting with mentions.
- By the way, I have changed your permission to Admin in my Board sir.
2. Feedback video – 2017 02 28 17 21 04
- Watched the video feedback in Youtube.
- I have tried putting the validation content directly into the trello card description however the bullets and spacing will be compromised and I think they are important.
- So I stick to just attaching the document.
- About the experience part sir, honestly validation is an average for me since my core expertise is SEO, Social media and Video Editing. However, my habits is to listen at instructions, look at the big picture and analyze the things needed to achieve it.
- I did that here and eventually will try to share it with Alice or other team members. For now, I do not know how to do it yet.
3. Trello Task – Introduction to Validation Video
- I have finalized my Intro to validation document based on today’s feedback sir.
4. Trello Task – Organizing Validated Files
- I have finished validating a new topic today sir about “Organizing Validated Files”
