• Listened to an audio from the high priority folder. Since it had some technical discussion, so I have listened to it twice.
• Created a Trello card (link TBR) for this audio.
• Converted the audio into an Mp3 format and uploaded to the Trello card.
• Transcribed main points of the video and added to the Trello card.

Zohodesk Update

• Since Nicole has confirmed as an support agent, so I have assigned her the following tasks.
  • Move all efforts of customizing zoho from Nicole into the final account
  • Link Twilio to this account
• Also created the following tasks for the other ticket you have created (Conversion update)
  • Update SEO on existing pages
  • Add comments to each page
  • How to Clone a page in WP (forwarded this task to Nicole for creating a FAQ under SBI to WP conversion)
  • HTTrack Issue
  • Change Site URL and Clean Up Directories
  • Pinterest button and edit button (Marked as completed)

Virtual Assistant Management

• Had a Skype conversation with Divina
• She has asked me some questions so I have replied to her
• I asked her to update me on which tasks she is working on what tasks she has already completed.
• Also asked her to write detailed work updates and share with us using Google drive or Dropbox.
• Review her work diary screenshots
• Read different emails that I get from other team members over the few days.
