- Created and set up a logo for all the membership pages.
- Also created a navigation menu and assigned to all pages.
- Created thumbnail images for all seven business systems.
- Also added more sub-system pages under the parent systems.
- Researched and find a way to add commenting widget on the membership pages.
- Also create an instruction manual for adding comment widgets. I will create a training page with this content under the WP Webmaster section.
- Similarly, created another instructions guide for changing the comments form width as the default width was only 215 pixels wide. Please have a review of Change the default width of commenting form.docx
- Changed the settings of all YouTube videos from private to unlisted.
- Added the given text to the membership page Improving affected systems with each hire / feedback loop for the improvement.
Other Administrative Support
- Had a Skype call with you.
- Researched and fixed the Ideal-Helper Google email issue. I have tested and checked the virtual assistant email and now it’s receiving new emails. Please check your email as well and let me know if it’s working or not.
- Updated all contact form settings on the Ideal-Helper. Associated virtual assistant email ID with all forms and also updated other settings.
