Work Update – Setting Up Instruction Manuals for Newly Hired Virtual Assistant

• I have prepared detailed instructions on Sotam tier page, collected all information from SBI! help and SiteInfo and put all together as Ms Word files. Converted all internal links in to text files as well and placed all files under one folder. Please have a review of  the folder “Sotam and Siteinfo” in the high priority folder

• I have also gathered all traffic analysis data and put together into a sub-folder (Sotam Experiment Analysis) within the same folder, but I am not sure whether you will use this information within the same Sotam T3 page or it will be another tier or C2 page.

• Although I have converted and saved all Site Info data into word files, but I still think that a short video explaining Site Info concept would really help Denise to work on this effectively.

  P.S: I haven’t shared this folder with Denise yet. Waiting for a helpful video about Site Info!

• Also watched and listened to a long video where you discuss many tasks that can be outsourced to Denise, I have added all tasks into my list and will discuss them all with Denise soon. 

• Created an Excel-sheet to track time spent on external outsourcing Projects. Please have a review of Time_Tracking.xlsx in the Dropbox.

• Transcribed your given notes about sending payment to Philippines assistant via PayPal and saved to Future blog post folder.

• Moved the folder 2 – Niche Twittering into Denise low priority folder.

• Watched two out of four videos that are saved into the folder: FT VA Training Preparation Videos. You asked me watch all videos and then move to Denise Drobox, but these videos are not addressed to Denise. In these videos you discussed some tasks that can be outsourced to Full-time VA and asked me to create instructions for most of the task. I already have created most of the instructions manuals, but some of them still pending. I have jotted down them into my to-do list and already have started working on them.

• Also created another instruction manual on how to use Audacity. In fact the basic instructions was already created, but I updated them based on the your recent instructions. Please have a review of How_to_Use_Audacity.docx saved into the Dropbox.

• Created basic instructions on how to write video description for YouTube videos (for party games website).

• Created another instruction manual on how to create a video for Ideal-Helper topics just like we created and uploaded this one YouTube:

• Received a new visitor submitted story, published it after formatting it. Since the story was less than 300 words therefore merged into another C2 page. Please have a review.

• Received another short submission, published that after some quick formatting. This story also had less than 300 words therefore merged it into another page as well. 

• Here are recently published icebreaker games:

Other Administrative Support:

• Cleaned up all viral-inbox sub-folders to get more storage for upcoming emails.

• Sent more email messages via different list mailing accounts.
