BB2 Conversion Update:
- Converted the first 3 highlighted pages from BB1 to BB2 and sent back for review.
Proofreading Project Update:
- Prepared batch number 08 of proofreading files and sent to the editor.
HotJar Funnel Update:
- Listened to the audio where you asked me to investigate why Hotjar funnel is not working. I have researched and read the Faqs about setting up funnel. Also created another funnel to check it’s working or not. Signed up to the form twice to see, but no changes made to the funnel interface. Although, it has collected 180 sessions, but still showing 100% drop-off.
- Then I investigated the tracking code on Thank you pages and found out that it was not properly set up on the system pages as it wasn’t checked on head section as shown in the image below.
- I have now included the code on the Thank you page, and its also working now as you can see in the image below.
- I also suspect that this was also the case why Thank you pages did not adapt the new design layout. Although the changes are not being implemented yet, but I am pretty hopeful that now it will work. I will check and update you on another point of time.
